How To Communicate With BSS?

Step 1:

Inform your problem to any one of above mobile numbers based on your language comfort with your institute approval code and bill number. Collect her Name for future reference.Usually it will be solved within 48 hours.

Step 2:

If not solved within 48 hours, Then call the same mobile number which you called on step 1. If that mobile is busy, wait for five minuets, then call the same mobile number. Because that mobile number holder only knows complete details about your problem. She will help you to resolve the problem at the earliest.

Step 3:

After step 2, wait for 24 hours. Still your problem is not solved, then call our office landline numbers and inform your complaint to Programme Officer. 8690573883

Step 4:

After wait for 24 hours. Still your problem is not solved, mail your problem to chancellor@bssve.ac.in..

Step 5:

After step 4, wait for 24 hours. Still your problem is not solved, Send SMS / Whatsapp to Honourary BSS Director (VE & SM), Shri. SAG MOISON on 98418 28884.

Step 6:

you will not have any more problem after step 5.

Note:

1. All the contact numbers are attended by BSS Staff from 10 am - 5 pm from Monday to Friday and 10 am - 1pm on Saturday
2. Call BSS Staff with your institute approval code and Bill number.
3. Suppose BSS staff ask you to send any details via email, send to both e mails, given above.
4. Always follow the steps given above. Never jump. If you call programme officer or BSS Director without calling office mobile numbers, It will not solve your problem. So, you must follow the steps given above.
